Portmore to get new NCB banking and financial services centre

-

THE NCB Financial Group is set to open a new multifaceted banking and financial services centre on familiar ground at 13-14 West Trade Way, Portmore, St Catherine, on January 22.

Conveniently situated in the heart of the Sunshine City, the ultramodern facility provides banking, insurance, and investment services in a one-stop financial centre. This facility replaces NCB’s Portmore branch, which will move from 18 West Trade Way where it was temporarily relocated for a year to facilitate upgrades at the original West Trade Way location.

The new centre will also house Advantage General Insurance Company, a subsidiary of the financial group which is currently located just minutes away from the bank.

This merger of services is a part of the group’s broader customer solutions strategy, which includes a holistic approach in meeting customers’ financial needs.

“The building located at 13-14 West Trade Way was in need of renovation, the parking space was limited, and we did not offer all our services under one roof. We felt our valued customers deserved more. Now, after approximately 12 months of renovation, we are ready to open our doors to our brand new, firstclass, state-of-the-art financial services centre,” said Dwight Hyde, manager at NCB, Portmore branch.

The new NCB Banking and Financial Services Centre, Portmore, will additionally feature a spacious openconcept layout, expanded parking facilities, 24-hour bank-on-the-go selfservice area, and a drive-thru ABM.

NCB also has similar centres at Fairview in Montego Bay, St James and Constant Spring in St Andrew.
