We appreciate your efforts
IT IS with great pleasure that I offer warm greetings to the IIA Jamaica Chapter from the Institute of Internal Auditors’ (IIA) global headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida, USA. May is indeed a month to celebrate as chapters and affiliates through the world are advocating on behalf of the internal audit profession. We so appreciate your efforts in Jamaica to spread the word about the value of internal audit every day, but most particularly, during International Internal Audit Awareness Month!
We celebrate with IIA Jamaica, which has many IIA members and enjoys a long history of participation in our great organisation. The IIA is an international professional association with more than 190,000 members. The IIA is recognised as the internal audit profession’s leader in certification, education, research, and technical guidance throughout the world. We take great pride in the accomplishments of our IIA Jamaica affiliate and its 416 members. Thank you for all you have done for more than 35 years to represent the voice of the profession on behalf of those members.
I hope that you have enjoyed the various celebrations that were undertaken during the month and that you will share the many photos with the chapter relations team at IIA’s global headquarters.
