Good relationship with the pharmacist

-

MANY PATIENTS have been lulled into the reasoning that in order to get a prescription filled, they need to stop by the most conveniently located pharmacy. They become comfortable with a particular pharmacy, and for no reason other than convenience, they continue to frequent the same pharmacy.

The same is not true for me, as I choose Valkens Pharmacy because I have established a good relationship with the Pharmacist. As such, I trust her because I find her to be honest, trustworthy, ethical and professional.

You can and should expect your pharmacist to be both accessible and knowledgeable; if he or she is not, then you should take your business elsewhere.

She has demonstrated to me and all her clients that she is well rounded in her field as she continues to provide cutting-edge information to her clients on the shift in the paradigm in the treatment of illnesses from traditional medicine to more contemporary and effective treatment.

As you walk into the store and head towards the pharmacy counter, you are approached by warm, friendly employees who acknowledge you standing near the pharmacy and ask whether they may help you?

While she dispenses the medication to her clients, she operates with such ease and tenacity that encourages them to revisit when the need arises. The pharmacy is spacious and has a conducive environment in the counselling area, where you can see the pharmacist visiting with patients.

Although there are other pharmacies in the area, I choose Valkens because the prices are comparatively good and the pharmacists continue to render altruistic services to the community.
