- Krysta Anderson GLEANER WRITER

THERE’S NO better way to unwind from a long day than by sipping on bubbly, or other intoxicating mixes of your choice, and viewing properties that could be one of the greatest investments you will ever make. And Sagicor Property Service, provided just that when they recently hosted a Sip and View Soirée at the Terra Nova Hotel.

Real estate industry players came together for the occasion to indulge in the night’s festivities, mingling and networking in high spirits under the stars by the poolside, before retreating indoors for the main event.

One by one, the specially invited guests viewed many top-notch properties – both residential and commercial, as well as land opportunities located from north to south, east to west, of our green shores. They all carry immense investment potential.

According to marketing manager of Sagicor Investment, Rejeanne Campbell, this event is the first of its kind to give investors the space to network and pull together these types of high-value properties with great investment opportunities.

“We offer a full range for the real estate arm of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited. Known for our residential units, we facilitate the buying, selling and renting, or leasing, and remarketing services of our beautiful gems (or prospective gems) located in all walks of our island,” said Campbell.

The evening’s proceedings showcased over 20 properties located on Duke Street, Norbrook Drive, Belvedere Road, Lindsay Crescent in Kingston and St Andrew, Twickenham Park in Spanish Town, Spur Tree Pen in Manchester, Braco main road and Coconut Drive in Trelawny,

Runaway Bay in St Ann, Hopewell in Hanover, Montego Bay in St James, Long Acre in St Elizabeth, and Bog Walk Estate in Clarendon, just to name a few.

“Our properties are so diverse, there is a wide variety to choose from. Property is always appreciating in value. It can be a legacy investment, serving the family for generations. Or it can be a long-term value builder, building your wealth since it is solid, structural and asset-based. They say land is land, but location, location, location determines what your vision becomes. And because the team is committed in helping buyers and renters to find the ideal place for living, working, or rental, there are 30 expert real estate investment agents ready and waiting to guide [you]from listing to signing, meeting all your needs,” Campbell told Outlook.

Since Sagicor is a full-service company, they can also support the financial aspect of your dream through Sagicor Bank.

“They partnered with our event and we could not have been happier for that, because they provide a mortgage portfolio. So we’re an easy one-stop shop for finding and financing your investment opportunity.”
