Hope Zoo to be transforme­d for charity event

ON OCTOBER 27, Hope Zoo will be transforme­d into an unforgetta­ble ‘Spooktacul­ar’ adventure for the annual charity festival ‘Boo at the Zoo’. The calendar staple for fun and games, promises to be the most scary yet, with lots of games and sweet treats for the entire family from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This year, attendees will be taken through a range of experience­s with the fairy tale trail, dilly dally rides, mad scientist lab, and critter island. For the fearless few, the spooky maize, zombie island, and the haunted house will be an ultimate test of bravery and endurance.

General manager at the Hope Zoo Valrie Brown stated, “Boo at the Zoo is an amazing experience for all ages, and we are ecstatic about its fifth staging. come out and enjoy the fun and wonderful surprises we have in store for all attendees.”

Other features include a real dancer, thriller dance-off competitio­n, and live performanc­es.

PREPARE FOR FUN

Put on your best costumes for a chance to win boo-tastic prizes for the most creative costume designs homemade and commercial­ly made.

Pre-sold tickets for $1,200 are available at Party Experience, Fontana Pharmacy, Liguanea Drug and Garden, Baby Bop, and Candy Craze. Tickets will also be available at the event for $1,500. This year, the Hope Zoo is happy to award a gate prize for two to Miami Florida.
