ON THIS occasion of Tropical Metal Products Limited’s (TMP), 50th anniversary, I want to commend the company for its contribution to the economic and social development of Jamaica.
Since inception at Riverton City in 1968, TMP has not only retained its initial site, but has acquired additional lots to expand its operations and employ even more individuals.
Like so many other Jamaican entrepreneurial successes, TMP’s story is truly an inspiring one, buoyed by its three core values: integrity, quality and excellence.
TMP’s ability to survive the ebb and flow of the economic times further attests to the resolve of the management and staff to not only sustain the company’s economic viability, but to ensuring growth and sustainability.
I wish to also commend the company’s expansion plans, which will see even more manufacturing capacity added as the company ramps up its drive for new markets and future growth.
I commend the management and staff of this stellar Jamaican company for their foresight and continued innovative spirit and wish for TMP another successful 50 years!
