INCLUDING FOSKA Oats in your diet does not have to be a dull experience. There are many ways to spruce up your meals and make them exciting! OATS RISOTTO

2 cups Foska Oats Old Fashioned

1 cup mushrooms

4 stalks celery

½ cup red onion

4 cups vegetable broth

1/2 cup green peas

1 tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

3 tbsps yeast

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

METHOD

1. Thinly slice mushrooms and add them to a skillet over medium high heat. Cook for five to 10 minutes.

2. Finely chop celery and onion and add t hem to a large skillet with a splash of water and cook until translucen­t. Add oats, then slowly stir in the vegetable broth, half cup at a time, allowing the oats to absorb it.

3. Add soy sauce to the skillet with the mushrooms, along with the garlic powder and black pepper.

4. Once oats have absorbed majority of the liquid, fold in peas and cooked mushrooms.

5. Enjoy!

STRAWBERRY OATMILK POPSICLES

1 cup Foska Oatmilk

1 cup frozen strawberri­es, plus extra for slicing

5 tbsps honey

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

¼ tsp salt

METHOD

Place Oatmilk, strawberri­es, honey, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt and puree until everything is fully incorporat­ed.

Next, thinly slice 2 or 3 extra strawberri­es.

Into popsicle molds, press the sliced strawberri­es to the sides so that they stick. Then, pour the popsicle mixture and insert the sticks and freezes.

Freeze for about 5 hours, remove from the mold and enjoy! You can have the best of both worlds when enjoying wholesome meals, as one major benefit of eating oats is that you are contributi­ng to your overall health.
