IN THE nearly one year since joining the FirstRock Group, Century 21 has undergone a transformative journey, emerging as a success within the real estate industry. The strategic acquisition has not only resulted in an almost 100 per cent expansion of the agent base, but has also attracted top-tier professionals, reaffirming Century 21’s status as a preferred destination for real estate talent.
Among the professionals who have joined Century 21 since the FirstRock acquisition are Andrea Sweeney, a seasoned business development consultant and broker associate with a background at RE/MAX and Century 21; Gillian Zacca and Elizabeth Tavares-Oliver, experienced realtors formerly associated with RE/MAX; and Collet Kirkcaldy, appointed as general manager, bringing her wealth of experience from RE/MAX and Century 21.
The agent pool has grown exponentially under FirstRock’s stewardship, increasing from 45 to an impressive 80 in less than 12 months. The nearly 100 per cent growth reflects Century 21’s commitment to providing a dynamic and thriving environment for real estate professionals.
