Is worrying love?

-

FROM THE tender stages of life, we’re taught that worrying equates to caring. Before we even arrive in this world, the aura of concern surrounds us, shaping our perceptions. This notion persists into adulthood, woven into the fabric of our relationships with family, friends, and partners. But is worrying truly an expression of love?

Consider a well-known scenario of arriving home late. Loved ones, fuelled by worry, bombard us with questions and assumptions. They claim it’s because they care. Yet, worry and care are diametrically opposed emotions. Worry embodies fear and anxiety, while care emanates from love and concern. They cannot coexist simultaneously. Sending worry-laden vibrations only perpetuates fear and distress, weakening both the sender and receiver.

CHOOSE FAITH OVER WORRY

In moments of uncertainty, when our assumptions cloud our minds with worries about any possibility of mishappening or losing our loved ones, it’s faith that we truly need. The emptiness within us surfaces as worry at that time, masking itself as care while selfishly filling our inner void. Worry signifies a lack of strength within resulting in an over-active mind with negative assumptions.

On the contrary, Love seeks to strengthen others with positive energy, not succumb to fear. True care transcends fretting; it’s the beacon of unconditional love and well-wishes. Supporting loved ones from afar requires being in higher vibrations and channelling positive energies to those in need. Care manifests through uplifting vibrations, empowering both the giver and recipient. This is where faith steps in — faith in oneself, faith in loved ones, and faith in the destiny that unfolds for the greater good of all. Understanding care as the transmission of positive spiritual light fosters resilience and fortitude. It’s a wrong belief that worrying equates to love.

LOVE FINDS SOLUTIONS

Love is a nurturing energy that empowers and uplifts. Let’s not confuse it with low vibrations like worry, expectations, or arguments. Worry stems from a lack of selflove and compassion for others. A loving and caring mind seeks solutions, energizing both the self and the loved ones. Life unfolds challenges to make us stronger each day and Love, amongst all, is the greatest force for transformation. Be loving to the self and look for solutions; look for the sun even when it is surrounded by dark clouds.

In the tapestry of human connection, let us redefine Love as the positive, constructive, nurturing energy, steering clear of the shadows cast by worry and fear. For in the radiant glow of Divine love, worry finds no harbour.
