Woman Ignite Success Summit set for March 8-9

-

THE 2024 Woman Ignite Success Summit (WISS) is aiming to be the go-to event for women seeking inspiration, empowerment, and personal growth.

Previously held in January, this year’s event is scheduled for March 8 and 9, following the March 8 International Women’s Day, at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in Kingston, and is crafted to offer a transformative experience for women across various spheres of society.

“The decision to shift Woman Ignite Success Summit 2024 from the start of the year to International Women’s weekend stems from a strategic vision to amplify our national impact. By aligning with this global celebration, we aim to extend the reach of our event, emphasising the importance of holistic empowerment for women, not only locally but on an international scale. WISS 2024 re-establishes its original commitment to serve a community of women and girls ages 18-65 years. Our mission is still very clear: we want to provide a platform for personal and professional development within a community of like-minded women,” said Keneshia Nooks Blake, founder of WISS and the chief executive officer of ONEGROUP.

In its third staging, the summit will be held under the theme ACCELERATE and will explore several areas, including business, career, entrepreneurship, finance and wealth, marriage and mental and spiritual wellness.

Speakers include Nona Jones, YouVersion chief content and partnerships officer and entrepreneur; business coach and consultant Dr Latanya Moore; preacher and business leader Pastor Sara Conner; communication pathologist and mental health expert Dr Caroline Leaf; marriage and sex therapist Bishop Dr Carla Dunbar; and Apostle Courtney McLean, senior pastor and motivational speaker.

Prophet Shambraé Gamble will also speak at the event and is the lone male presenter in the line-up.
