-

LOCATED AT the base of the beautiful Blue Mountain, Lifespan Company Limited is known as Jamaica’s leading manufacturer and trader in Naturally Alkaline Spring water.

Lifespan will take its natural spring water to the Fine Water Taste and Design Awards for the first time ever, competing in the Low Minerality Category. This competition will be held in Donostia-San Sebastian, Spain on April 26 and will take place at the Basque Culinary Center.

The Fine Waters Society is a global entity that believes that fine water is not just water, but it is connected naturally to the source, which is not only the natural environment, but also the social and cultural environment around it, and should be respected and protected. The Fine Waters International Water Tasting Competition will be conducted by a panel of five judges, consisting of international water experts and sommeliers. The competition will consist of three different categories: Still, Sparkling and Design, and the winners will be determined based on the expertise of the judges.

Nayana Williams, CEO and co-founder of Lifespan Spring Water, believes that “this competition will bring a lot of good publicity to Lifespan”.

She further states that “we are very excited and optimistic about this competition as it gives us a chance to showcase the topquality spring water that we produce here in Jamaica”.

The Fine Water Taste and Design Awards will be free of cost for members of the fine water society, however, non-members will have to pay 900 Euros for entry.
