Razor B on musical high after Europe tour
Dancehall artiste Razor B is on a musical high following the completion of his very first tour of Europe.
The tour, which began in early November, came to an end last week.
“The highlight of the tour was being able to connect with thousands of fans across Europe. It was a joy seeing people who don’t speak English, singing and dancing to your songs,” Razor B shared.
The tour made its way to Austria, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Germany.
Razor B is also upbeat that one of his recent hits, Bruk Fi Mi Back, has been added to the VP Records’ Strictly the Best Volume 55 compilation series.
The compilation, which features songs from a number of current dancehall acts, is charting on the Billboard Reggae Album chart.
Bruk Fi Mi Back was produced by Cornelius Records.
“It’s an amazing feeling and a great accomplishment for any artiste to have a song featured on a compilation from VP Records”, said Razor B.
The deejay is charting in Jamaica, New York and Canada with the songs Happy Moment and the Seanizzle-produced We Nah Lef.
His current releases include On Top (produced by Yellow Moon Records) and Issy Wine, featuring Boom Boom.
GT Taylor Christmas Extravaganza, Road Block, Boston Beach Family Fun Day and Sting are among the shows Razor B is booked to appear going i nto t he Christmas season.
