United States-based reggae artiste Zyon I is on a musical high. The Manchester-born singjay, real name Damion Getfield, is currently riding a wave of success with his recently released single titled ‘Remedy’, featuring Nadine Sutherland.

Remedy was released to radio a month ago, and since then, it has enjoyed heavy rotation on several local radio stations including IRIE FM and HITZ 92 FM.

“I’m beyond pleased with the response that Remedy is receiving. It’s getting massive support from radio stations in Jamaica, and it’s also doing well stateside,” he told THE STAR.

Looking to capitalise on the success of Remedy, Zyon I has opted to revisit a previously released song titled These Streets.

“It’s a magnificent song, and I think now is the right time to put some strong promotion behind it,” he said. “Last week, we sent it out to several radio stations worldwide, and the feedback we are getting is very positive.”

Zyon I is also in Jamaica to promote both singles.

“I’m going to shoot videos for both songs and do some new recordings while I am there,” he said.

These Streets was produced by Kenroy ‘Yahbreeze’ Archibald and released on the 876 Records imprint. It is available on all leading digital platforms, including iTunes, Spotify, Tidal, and Amazon.
