Tifa, Kurt Riley team up for new song

From the producer who gave us the massive global hit ‘Party Animal’ by Charly Black, comes another potential dance-floor monster.

Popular disc jock and producer Kurt Riley has teamed up with Tifa for the single One Chance, One Dance. The song was released on the Jambian Music label, and is being distributed by VPAL Music.

“He knows music! I know music! So, it’s always great working with him in studio. He’s meticulous and a perfectionist, though. Let’s just say this song is almost two years in the making! It’s worth the wait,” Tifa said.

According to Riley, the feedback to the song, which talks about guys trying to get at Tifa and her trying to decide who to pick, has been positive.

“Well, so far, even though it’s pretty early, the feedback has been great, especially from a few DJs here on radio and outside the continent. We are still doing promotion and doing our best to make this record a global hit,” he said.

He continued: “I have worked with Tifa before, and she’s easy to work with. When we do link up, it’s another level of creativity and production. It’s always a pleasure working with her. And by the way, she is a great singer too.”

Meanwhile, Tifa recently completed her Top-Class tour in Canada. The two-week trek saw her performing in cities including Belleville, Pickering, Quebec City, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg.

“Overall, it was a huge success. Most of the promoters want to bring me back in the summer,” she said, noting that she will be heading to Europe and Africa in the coming months.
