Nesbeth makes his ‘dream’ to Britain

-

The Victoria Warehouse in Manchester, England, was a kaleidoscope of activity over the weekend as reggae artiste Nesbeth kept the Jamaican banner flying high in the northwestern English city.

The occasion was the 2018 instalment of the Manchester Loves Reggae Festival, which unfolded on Friday.

Nesbeth not only brought the ‘dream’ (his hit single My Dream), but delivered an overall fiery performance, a welcome change to the bleak weather conditions currently affecting that area.

Armed with his band and background singers, the Rastafarian crooner kept patrons engaged as he performed his growing catalogue during a wellreceived set.

Other commendable presentations came courtesy of compatriots Tarrus Riley, Jahmiel and Cham.

“It was a great show! We got a wonderful turnout and I am really pleased that patrons enjoyed not just mine, but all the performances. I also want to use this opportunity to thank all my English fans for the continued support and a memorable night,” Nesbeth exclaimed during an interview with the British media.

Later this week, Nesbeth will head south to Birmingham for an appearance at the Heavenz Wine Bar, Hollow Way Circus on Saturday, May 12, amid a media blitz to promote his upcoming album A.M.E.N, slated for release later this year.

The acronym derives from the name of his late wife Ann-Maire Elliot Nesbeth. According to the singer, this inaugural body of work holds very sentimental meaning, hence he is taking his time to craft each record on the compilation.
