Trust is key to a happy relationship

-

Dear S.M., I cannot encourage you to have an intimate relationship with someone of your own sex, but I am not here to condemn you.

I observe, however, that you want to break up the relationship that you are having with the man. What I want to tell you is that as a Christian, I firmly believe in The Bible, and I know that it says that it is wrong for a man to have sex with another man.

Whenever people ask me about homosexuality and I quote The Bible, some folks curse me, but I have to speak the truth.

Some people feel that by quoting The Bible about this matter, I am out of touch with reality, but I have to live with my conscience. You know what you are doing is wrong.

I suggest that you continue to read your Bible and pray and ask God for deliverance. I have often said that God can deliver anyone who seeks deliverance from him.

Nothing is too hard for God to do. Therefore, keep away from this man and spend time in prayer, fasting and Bible reading.

Ask God to take away the desire to be with him and find a church and ask the pastor to pray for you and to work with you to overcome this problem.

I knew a Christian psychiatrist and he assured me that many homosexuals have been to see him and he has counselled them and worked with them, and their desire to be with the persons of their own sex ceased. Nothing is too hard for God.

Pastor Dear Pastor, I believe we all have our guidelines. It is right for a spouse to ask questions and you have the right to answer or not to answer.

You just have to be smart and the male partner has to be very wise in dealing with you.

I believe abortion is a crime. It depends on the situation, if the act is intentional.

S. Dear S, Communication, trust and respect are keys to a happy relationship. When couples do not communicate well and they do not trust and respect each other, the relationship will not work, regardless of how much money they earn.

Pastor
