Shenseea wants to visit Thailand
Shenseea has a special place in her heart for European countries, in particular, Italy and France.
The singjay said she is in love with the artistic settings of the capital cities of each country.
“Rome and Paris were two of the places I have always wanted to travel to and my trip there was more than worth it,” Shenseea told THE STAR.
She said the Eiffel Tower in Paris was breathtaking and an amazing experience, while Rome exceeded all her expectations.
“Everything in Rome looked far better in person. Its buildings have a vintage look and feel which is what I love about it because it makes me feel like I am in a movie,” she said.
The Belong With Me reggae/dancehall artiste has had the opportunity to not only share her music with fans in Europe and the US, but expressed that the various event bookings and tours in and around the Caribbean have also been humbling.
For the month of July, THE STAR of the Month has been performing in islands such as Martinique and St Lucia, where, in the latter, she played in the sulphur springs in the popular tourist town of Soufriere.
In one short year, she has been able to travel to some of these places more than once and has found comfort in the welcome she receives from her fan base.
Meanwhile, Shenseea is intent on making a trip to Thailand.
“I haven’t visited Thailand as yet and I really can’t wait to go,” she said. “However, I would not go there on tour; it is a future vacation I am making plans for.”
She noted that it is not easy to enjoy a trip to a new place, especially when it is for the purpose of work.
“I have never seen an elephant before and I would want Thailand to be the first place I see, interact, and have fun with them,” she said.
She is currently preparing for events in the islands of St Thomas and St Croix before she heads back to Jamaica for MoBay Jerk Festival and Dream Weekend.
