Iapure keeps Jah close on new single

-

Emerging reggae artiste Iapure is pulling out all the stops with his newest single ‘Jah Never Deh Far’. Produced by Veinless Records, the track is a reminder to stay positive in all situations and to trust in Jah, a mantra the artiste lives by.

“I was at a point in my life where I was facing a number of adversities and Jah was my only guide and comfort. I was very appreciative and grateful for all He had done, and I wanted to express my gratitude,” he explained. “My expectation for this track is that it identifies with every person, no matter their stage in life, to always stay humble and grateful in life.”

The song is receiving worldwide recognition, with radio play in Africa, notably Zimbabwe and Johannesburg, the US and Europe, which speaks to the momentum being built around the track.

This new track follows Iapure’s most recent EP, The Steamaz. Released in May 2017, the sixtrack reggae compilation was produced exclusively by Veinless Records, with song rhythms from in-house producers Marvin ‘Speedracer’ James and SOS Dynamikz, and contributions from Dainja of Grab Dem Records.

The EP, which is meant to evoke a sense of consciousness, enlightenment and inspiration, features tracks like Friend A Kill Friend, Pressure Youths and Do It Again.

At the moment, he is working on music videos for a few of those tracks. Do It Again currently has an accompanying visual which is gaining traction on YouTube.

He is also working on a collaboration with upcoming Zimbabwean artiste Simross. That track is expected to drop soon, as well as three other singles, by the end of the year.
