My small penis giving me headache

I am a 23-year-old man and I am having a problem. Since I was a child, I realised that my penis was very small. I used to ask my mother why my penis is smaller than the other boys. She used to tell me that it would grow bigger. It has grown a little, but not much. My penis is very small for my age.
I had girlfriends and they used to ask me why my penis was so small. I was mocked and so I have kept away from relationships, because these girls nowadays want to have sex and my penis is too small to manage sex.
I would like to get married and have children. I have brothers and they don’t have that problem. I was told that one can use extensions and that could solve the problem. So, I am asking you if you would recommend that.

I have observed that you did not mention the size of your penis. Over the years that I have been writing this column and, indeed, working as a counsellor, the issue of the size of a man’s penis has always been asked of me.
Some men whose penises are five inches long do not believe that it is big enough. Indeed, some men insist that anything less than six inches is too small. These men, in my opinion, are crazy.
They have listened to other men who may have very large penises (or are just boasters) and they think that they deserve to be like them. Some men even crave to have nine inches. But, some women who have had encounters with these men with those nine inches and larger, have had to run from these men.
According to one study published in the British Journal of Urology International, the average length of a flaccid penis is 3.61 inches, while the average length of an erect penis is 5.16 inches.
Studies have shown that out of a 100, only five would have a penis longer than 6.3 inches.
Back to your concern, I would suggest that you discuss this problem with a urologist. I would not encourage you to use any extension to lengthen your penis or to use pills to make it larger. Some of these pills can be dangerous to your health. So, please, consult a doctor as early as possible. He would examine you and advise you accordingly.
