Deejay promotes ‘Champagne Slide’

-

New York-based recording artiste-barber Bling Cuts is currently promoting one of his latest singles Champagne Slide.

Although COVID-19 continues to hammer New York and the rest of the world, the deejay stated that he is not slowing down musically, and will find alternate means of pushing the track.

“COVID is in the air but I will not allow it to slow me up. So I am currently using online as a marketing tool. The song is really catchy and will get one dancing in no time. It is not only about a dance move but it also hypes you up and motivates you because it speaks about a particular lifestyle that one would have to work really hard to achieve,” he said.

The entertainer, whose given name is Andre Oimunu, said that he has spent years trying to hone his deejaying skills hoping to get a break in the industry.

He is confident that this single will reach dancehall fans worldwide.

“I really hope that this track will take off and gwaan really good inna dancehall. Mi still optimistic about this year same way even with everything that is going on. The good thing about music is that it can help to heal a nation, so after this coronavirus pass thru, dancehall music a go deh here and it still deh here a put smile on people face. The people dem a go waan dance and pop a champagne. So Champagne Slide is going to be the ideal celebration track, ” he said.

“Most of my tracks are doing well overseas especially in the Tri-state area but I want my songs to be popular in the land of my birth also. So as soon as this virus passes, my team and I will be increasing the promotions locally,” he said.
