“She was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, so the environment minister ... named her Corona. Corona is healthy and is still breastfeeding. We’ll keep her under observation for three months.”
A couple in India named their twins Corona and Covid as they were born during the nation’s lockdown.
Preeti and Vinay Verma said that the names would remind them about the hardships they faced during the lockdown.
