Another Victory

Air Astana’s four-star rating for excellent service has been confirmed yet again, by being named for the sixth year in succession ‘Best Airline in Central Asia and India’ by Skytrax, the international airline rating agency. Air Astana also won ‘Best Staff Service in Central Asia and India’ for the fifth time in a row. The awards ceremony took place on 20th June 2017 at the 52nd Paris Air Show at Le Bourget. The President and CEO of Air Astana, Peter Foster, said “Each one of our staff is dedicated to consistently providing service excellence and therefore we are honoured to receive these prestigious Skytrax awards. We deeply appreciate the enormous support shown by our customers in the Skytrax survey and will continue to strive for even higher standards in the future”. Air Astana was the first carrier in the CIS and Eastern Europe to be awarded, in 2012, the prestigious 4-Star rating by Skytrax, as well as the title of ‘Best Airline in Central Asia and India’. Both awards were confirmed in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
