Air Astana Training Academy
Air Astana’s reputation and awards for service excellence have led to the launch of the Air Astana Training Academy. The Academy will offer a wealth of different training programmes and consultancy services in areas such as customer service delivery, communication skills, leadership, teamwork and systems and technical training, to name a few. Whilst our services are available to all organisations, particular interest has been shown from the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants and resorts. The Academy has recently launched customer service training for KTZh, the Kazakhstan railways, and will train over 1,200 of their employees this year.
