Marais district

In the Marais district you will find many museums, some small and intimate such as the Picasso Museum or the Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature (a private museum of hunting and nature, which also features interesting art exhibits). Or you could opt for the extravaganza of avant-garde and cutting edge shows on offer at the Le Centre Pompidou. The Pompidou has something for everyone, including a restaurant, café, library, cinema and even an atelier with one-off workshops for children.
