We had always dreamt of enjoying the beauty of a paradisal resort in the

Caribbean Sea, so as soon as the opportunity arose we took it. We found dazzling white beaches and the warm waters of the bright, turquoise ocean that washes the coast, with island landscapes drowning in incredibly beautiful palms and tropical greenery – everything staggered our imagination. Our five-year-old son Danil was able to swim with the dolphins and was speechless with the thrill of it. The coastal hotels are designed to guarantee a memorable and relaxing stay for adults and children alike. The small towns and villages of this island state, with their authentic traditions and food, merit a story all of their own. We visited Saona Island, also known as Bounty Island, where palms trees hung over the surface of the absolutely transparent water, home to impressively large starfish. Everything was unforgettable!
