Half-yearly results

Between January and June 2017,

Air Astana carried almost 1,900,000 passengers. Of these, a million travelled within Kazakhstan and the rest to international destinations. General passenger traffic has increased by 12% in comparison with the same period last year. Passenger traffic on domestic destinations grew by 4% and international traffic by 22%, thanks to the growing number of transit passengers using connections available at the hub airports of Almaty and Astana. Transit passenger traffic has grown by 62% and cargo turnover by 22%, during the same period.
