Try on a Dream

Air Astana has announced the launch of its ‘Try on a Dream’ campaign, a programme aimed at selecting, hiring and training candidates from all over Kazakhstan. The airline’s plans for fleet expansion over the next ten years means that the number of employees, currently 5,000, is expected to grow 11% by 2020. Air Astana needs pilots, engineers, mechanics, flight attendants and passenger and baggage handling agents.
