Workshop on Flight Safety

Air Astana has held its third regional workshop on flight safety, ‘High-quality Safety Risks Management’, in Almaty. Speakers at the workshop were specialists from IATA, ICAO, Airbus and other international companies. The aviation authorities and staff of Kazakhstani airlines as well as their colleagues from Russia, China, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Canada, the UAE and Europe took part in the meeting. The goal of the workshop was an exchange of knowledge and experience, the improvement of flight safety management systems and risk factors management. Representatives for Air Astana presented their experience in risk management during flights and human factors in engineering and maintenance.
