A new Service Myseat

Passengers may now choose seats in the first row of Business Class as well as seats in the first and second rows or at emergency exits in Economy Class for an additional payment, starting from KZT 3,000. The first rows of Economy Class were not previously available. The advantage of these seats are additional legroom and proximity to the nearest exit. In case of cancellation for personal reasons, a change of ticket, upgrade, flight cancellation or delay or any other unforeseen circumstances, a passenger is entitled to a refund through the Customer Relations Department by sending a request to customer.relations@airastana.com.
