Groundhog day

This holiday is widely celebrated in the USA and Canada and its main hero is a small animal called Phil that predicts the beginning of spring every year. A well-known comedy with Bill Murray made the American city of Punxsutawney famous all over the world. The traditional prediction process is still exactly the same as portrayed in the film, the only difference being that today there is more pomp and ceremony as concerts and fireworks celebrate the appearance of the groundhog. Tourists flood into the city for the event and special buses take everyone to the show.
