Before you descend from Victoria Peak, treat yourself to brunch at Wildfire. Most people come here after dark for cocktails, but then it’s incredibly busy. In the morning, things are a little more laidback. You’re more likely to get a table by the window, the staff is less harassed, and the hearty international dishes are a well-earned reward for your climb.
