“We hold annual meetings on the protection of birds of prey. We are aware of the silent killer, which comes from treating fields with illegal chemicals. Birds die from eating poisoned rodents, and power lines also kill them. We have initiated a struggle for the preservation and restoration of the saker falcon population. As a vice president of the Berkutchi Federation, RK National Sports Association, and assistant to the president of the International Association of Falconry (IAF) in Central Asia and Kazakhstan, I am mainly responsible for providing juridical, legal, and consultative assistance for all hawkers in Asia. While this is done on a voluntary basis and is purely altruistic, my passion for hawking has taken me to a number of other countries and brought me many new friends.”
