Peach pie

Ingredient­s:

1/2 pkg rolled refrigerat­ed pie dough (1 crust); 1c sugar; 3 tbsp cornstarch; 4c sliced, peeled peaches; 1c fresh or frozen raspberrie­s

Bring pie crust to room temperatur­e according to directions. Preheat oven to 350°. Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add peaches and raspberrie­s; toss to coat (If using frozen fruit let stand 15-30 min. or until partially thawed. Ease crust into pie pan, spoon peach mixture into pastry lined pan. Fold crust edges over filling. Place pie pan on foil lined shallow baking pan. Bake on bottom rack of oven for 60-70 mins or till pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Remove pan from oven and let stand for 45 min. before serving.
