Polish woman held:

-

Criminal Investigation Department officers arrested a Polish woman for engaging in immoral activities.

In a statement to the press, the Public Relations and Security Media Department revealed that the woman entered the country on a tourist visa issued by another Gulf State. She used the social media and an international phone line to contact her ‘customers’ in order to avoid Kuwaiti security authorities. After taking legal procedures, the officers arrested the woman from a hotel and she admitted to engaging in activities that contravene public morals in exchange for cash. She also transferred around KD 3,000 to her bank account in her home country.

Meanwhile, Farwaniya police launched intensive crackdowns in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh recently, leading to the arrest of 32 Asians involved in immoral acts, reports Al-Rai daily. A security source disclosed 13 prostitutes were among those arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for the necessary action prior to their deportation.
