Kuwaiti arrested:

The Farwaniya police have arrested a Kuwaiti who had been sentenced in absentia in connection with four cases, reports Al-Rai daily.

The suspect was reportedly arrested in Ardhiya. He has been handed over to the Sentences Enforcement Department.
