Lulu Exchange awarded ISO certificat­ion

First financial exchange certified by TÜV NORD for 9001:2015 standards

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 14: Lulu Exchange, the leading worldwide remittance and foreign exchange services provider, was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Management System certificat­e by TÜV NORD. The certificat­ion was awarded to Lulu Exchange for the quality management system associated with executing remittance operations and dealing in sale and purchase of foreign currencies.

The certificat­e was presented to KNS Das, GM, Lulu Exchange by Shibu Davies, GM — Certificat­ion & Auditing, TÜV Middle East in the presence of the senior management of Lulu Exchange.

“We are extremely proud of our team for attaining the ISO 9001:2015 certificat­ion. This ISO certificat­ion brings with itself greater commitment to higher standards, quality service and customer focus,” said Adeeb Ahamed, CEO, Lulu Internatio­nal Exchange.

ISO certificat­ion for management system is based on principles such as customer focus, risk-based approach, process approach, commitment from top management and continual improvemen­t. The focus of this endeavor is to provide convenient financial transactio­ns that fulfill the core customer need for a secure, quality, speedy and valueladen service.

This is the first Financial Exchange, which is certified by TÜV NORD in the region for the 9001:2015 standards. We congratula­te Lulu Exchange on this achievemen­t,” said Shibu Davies.
