Kuwait oil price up
The price of Kuwaiti oil went up Thursday by three cents, reaching USD 51.93 per barrel as oppose to USD 51.90 pb the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Friday.
In the global scene, oil contracts were down due to data from US energy outlets regarding the increase of American crude reserves by 614,000 barrels last week.
The contracts for the West Texas Intermediate went down by 29 cents to settle at USD 53.77 per barrel, the same case for the contracts of the Brent crude which went down by eight cents to settle at USD 56.14 pb. (KUNA)
