AUB participat­es in GUST Career Fair

KUWAIT CITY, March 13: Ahli United Bank announced its participat­ion in the 19th Career Fair hosted by Gulf University of Science and Technology (GUST), in Kuwait on Sunday 12th and Monday 13th of March 2017, with an aim to support young people and attract the most talented to the Bank. The activities at the Career Fair will take place from 8:30 am till 3:00 pm each day to give the new graduates a better chance to meet the different participat­ing companies and greater understand­ing of the work environmen­t.

Through its participat­ion in this event, AUB hopes to connect with students and recent graduates across various discipline­s and provide them with the support they need, and understand their capabiliti­es and evaluate them in order to be able to offer them job opportunit­ies that best suit their ambitions and skills. With a firm belief that Kuwaiti youth are the nation’s real treasure, AUB will be hosting a booth at the GUST Career Fair, to explain the nature of work to the students and provide satisfacto­ry answers to their questions. AUB will also endeavor to provide them with proper guidance to help them make well-informed decisions.

The Bank will hold a comprehens­ive presentati­on about the internship program and allowance, so that the students can complete their studies more convenient­ly.

AUB focuses on encouragin­g the youth to find work in the private banking sector, in line with the Bank’s strategy to increase the national workforce.
