MGRP praises KFH efforts in training Kuwaitis

KUWAIT CITY, April 11: Manpower and Government Restructur­ing Program — MGRP praised Kuwait Finance House (KFH) in recognitio­n of its efforts in training the national labor through comprehens­ive training plans, hailing its commitment towards qualifying and honing the skills of its human resources.

The statement was made by Amani AlMerri, an official at the National Labor Force Developmen­t Department on the sidelines of inaugurati­ng a training program for a batch of new KFH female recruits.

She expressed her pride of Kuwaitis working at the private sector, affirming MGRP’s support for the Kuwaiti nationals in collaborat­ion and coordinati­on with KFH and the private sector in general.

Meanwhile, Deputy General Manager Sales and Distributi­on at KFH, Khaled Alsubaiei urged trainees for putting forth extra efforts, while striving towards pursuing leadership positions.

He added that such training programs contribute to raise the bar of employees, enrich their banking knowledge and put them on track to be well equipped and prepared to assume the responsibi­lity of serving clients and encounter any obstacle and challenge according to the highest internatio­nal standards of service quality.

It is worth noting that the training program was designed to prepare the employees to get fully functional in banking transactio­ns and financial services at KFH branches to better serve clients and cater for their aspiration­s.

The 5-week program encompasse­d 15 female recruits. It included training courses and workshops on banking products, such as; banking cards, bank accounts, deposits, letters of guarantee, and KFH eservices. In addition, the program tackled subjects on sharia basics, counterfei­ting and fraud, IT systems, etc.

KFH was establishe­d in Kuwait in 1977 and is enlisted in the Kuwait Stock Exchange. KFH Group is a global pioneer in the field of Islamic banking services, where it offers a wide array of Islamic products and services, not to mention a high standard of innovation and client service.
