When one reads this title, they may think this article is about the rule of grammar. However, it has nothing to do with that, God bless Sipawaih.

Actually, grammar is a part and parcel of the world events whereby the minds of followers discover grammatical and even mathematical issues due to the strange events that occur in the world of international political security. What I mean by political security is political neutralism in any part of the world.

We always notice there are some impressions that never leave the minds of followers. Yesterday it was al-Qaeda, which represented the frightening ghost that threatened world security to the extent that some political agendas had changed based on the acts of this ter- rorist group. After the job of al-Qaeda was completed, DAESH emerged as the best successor to al-Qaeda.

Political and security comparisons are always made between al-Qaeda and DAESH. (Note that I did not say economic comparison). It seems the sponsor in the two cases is the same body which draws up strategies. Even the security commander for both cases is the same. I gave glimpses of this conclusion in my previous articles. It is also clear that their movement from one area to another is based on smart political intelligence.

It is noticeable that the terrorist operations of DAESH seem to be carefully planned in order to produce specific

consequences that lead to specific political changes. This was quite obvious in the Champs-Elysees attacks, for example. It is evident that the attacks were aimed at provoking security fears, which was followed by the success of the French right-wing parties in the elections.

I really do not know what the aim of the DAESH planner was by committing such attacks. Was it aimed at negatively impacting the conditions of the Sunni Muslim immigrants in France? We need to take into consideration the fact that there are more than 6 million Muslims living in France.

Such actions cannot be analyzed without involving the intelligence factor as DAESH is one of its products. I will not accept the notion that such actions can be carried out by a trapped group which is no longer able to defend itself. I dare say the terrorist operations are nothing more than a series of dirty works by intelligence agencies which are taking advantage of terrorism for executing certain definite political and security agendas. By doing so, the intelligence agencies are hiding their bloody hands behind the hollow names of fake terrorist groups.

There are dirty hands everywhere in the world. There are also many regional and international powers that are carrying out their activities behind organizations that have nothing but names. They aim at fulfilling their greedy ambitions without any consideration for laws, international treaties or moral values.

At the end of this article, I am not sure if our smart readers have realized what I meant by the title. I meant “If” may include “But” and we can also use “As If” until we reach “Perhaps” when we show our conclusion.
