KUWAIT CITY, May 10, (KUNA): Minister of Public Works Abdulrahman Al-Mutawa has emphasized that the new airport terminal is a complementary project of infrastructure carried out by the State of Kuwait as part of the “Kuwait 2035” Vision.

The new terminal would be an airport and a connection point between Kuwait and the world, he added, noting that the State and His Highness the Amir are paying much attention to this project.

to remove obstacles, Al-Mutawa said.
He stressed the State’s keenness on expanding its airports and their infrastructure, revealing that the new terminal would be accomplished within four years.
When asked about the old terminal, the minister said there are some plans aiming to benefit from this facility as soon as the new one operates.
Meanwhile, Kuwait’s Ambassador to Morocco Abdullatif Al-Yahya stressed Wednesday the importance of creating an appealing investment climate in his country and the Kingdom, in addition to overcoming all obstacles and difficulties facing Kuwaiti and Moroccan investors.
Al-Yahya made his remarks to KUNA after holding talks earlier with a number of Moroccan state officials, noting that talks addressed ways to boost economic cooperation and investment opportunities between the two countries.
The two sides also discussed bolstering Kuwaiti-Moroccan economic and commercial ties, and ways to enhance them through increasing investment opportunities in agriculture and marine resources.
The Kuwaiti diplomat also pointed out Kuwait’s investment opportunities as part of the country’s new economic plan, which aims at transforming Kuwait into a financial and business hub with highest international standards.
