Zain also received 6 prizes as part of the second edition of Kuwait’s Public Relations and Customer Service Prize during last April. The prizes included: “Excellence in Customer Service”, “Excellence in Social Awareness”, “Excellence in Corporate Communicat­ions and Relations”, “Excellence in Website Services”, and “Excellence in Call Center”. In addition, Zain Kuwait’s Corporate Communicat­ions and Relations Director Waleed Al Khashti received “PR Personalit­y of the Year 2016”.
