KUWAIT CITY, June 11: The Court of Cassation Sunday delivered its verdict in the Jahra cell case in which five people were standing trial.

The court dismissed appeal filed by the Public Prosecution Department and some suspects by upholding the verdict of the Court of Appeals in that regard, and ruled against an appeal from the first suspect Fahad Meharib a.k.a. Wali DAAESH (Daesh leader) in Kuwait by sentencing him to 15 years in prison and five years for two different allegations.

The deportation request came after the Arab was caught red-handed deliberately groping women.

It has been reported the man would deliberately bump into women and touch their private parts and then ‘excuse himself’ and say ‘sorry’ for ‘unintentionally’ bumping into them.

Fighting in plane:

A Kuwaiti pilot and an employee of the Ministry of Interior working as investigator at one of the police stations in Kuwait have been referred for investigation for fighting inside the aircraft, reports AlShahed daily.

This happened on an inbound Kuwait Airways flight from Colombo.

It has been reported the Control Tower at the Kuwait International Airport received a message from the captain that one of the passengers was refusing to comply with orders in violation of the IATA regulation.

The captain said the man was holding economy class ticket but was found seated in business class and refused to move, an argument ensued between the two and it led to fight.
