AAW, Safwan sponsor KU graduation ceremony

KUWAIT CITY, June 20: On June 10, Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial Co (AAW), one of Kuwait’s leading medical distributi­on companies and Safwan Trading & Contractin­g Company, proudly sponsored the graduation ceremony of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Kuwait University. The ceremony was attended by AAW Chairman and CEO Faisal Ali Al Mutawa, Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy Professor Pierre Moreau.

AAW Chairman and CEO Faisal Ali Al Mutawa, said: “We are honored to take part in this joyous occasion with this year’s class of graduates and are proud to support them as they pursue a career in the medical sector. I would like to thank the Faculty of Pharmacy at Kuwait University for giving us the opportunit­y to participat­e in this ceremony and look forward to continuing our support to the youth so together we can better serve our society.”

AAW has an on-going commitment in supporting medical initiative­s and conference­s in Kuwait such as Kuwait’s Internatio­nal Pharmacy Conference, and recently signed a partnershi­p agreement with Europe’s leading cancer treatment center, Gustave Roussy, to establish a world-class comprehens­ive cancer treatment center in Kuwait.
