KUWAIT CITY, June 28: The recent statistics released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) showed that 838 employees were seconded; while the transfer of 123,067 others was approved from Feb 25, 2002 to June 23, 2017, reports Al-Anba daily.

The statistics also revealed that 211,833 employees were registered in the databank – 66,787 employees were reviewed for registration for the first time and 126,296 were registered for the first time without review.

It affirmed the registration of job seekers to complete their data with 65,890 who registered to amend their information.

The abovementioned figures were approved and stored in the online databank of CSC.

According to sources, the online databank was created based on decision of the government to move towards the trend of preparing Kuwaiti society for information renaissance. This complements as well the administrative development and expansion efforts in the use of online information technology and systems with the intention of improving government performance. It will enhance provision of excellent general services for Kuwaitis easily and quickly with the plan to consolidate quality and speed of administrative growth.

It includes actual implementation of the requirements through easy flow of integrated information, away from administrative routine, while consolidating productiveness of employees in the public sector. This is in addition to provision of excellent services for government employees and other citizens in the area of providing civil service information.
