KUWAIT CITY, Aug 26, (KUNA): Egypt’s Khaled Abdel Razik Al-Masri clinched the 15th Kuwait Rapid Chess Championship men’s title with Hazaa AlShourfaa taking home the award for best Kuwaiti on Friday.
