KFH new recruits get integrated training
Bank holds training program for trainees
KUWAIT CITY, Sept 16: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) inaugurated a training program for 12 new recruits in order to raise their bar, enrich their banking knowledge and put them on track to be well equipped and prepared to assume the responsibility of optimally serving customers.
Deputy General Manager — Retail Banking at KFH, Khaled Al-Subai’e said during the opening ceremony of the training program which was attended by several officers from KFH and the Manpower and Government Restructuring Program that KFH is keen on enhancing the skills and capabilities as per the highest levels of training theoretically and practically. He reiterated that customer service must be taken to the highest levels as per the highest service quality standards, thus assuring that KFH was the leading institution in providing highly sophisticated banking products and services.
Al-Subai’e urged trainees to always develop their skills, acquire new skills and benefit from KFH distinguished work atmosphere. He indicated that KFH is a major Islamic financial institution locally and globally, thus providing more opportunities for career development and acquiring new skill in all fields.
The officer in charge — national labor development department — Manpower and Government Restructuring Program — Amani Al-Merri praised KFH efforts in providing training for the national manpower through highly distinguished and comprehensive training plans. She indicated that KFH has received several awards in the field of manpower training and development as it lays great emphasis on the role of the national element in various fields of work.
