Mais Alghanim launches new selection menu

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 7: The Mais Alghanim Group of Restaurants has just announced its latest promotion; the launching of a New Selection menu, with a selected variety of delectable dishes to be made available to patrons in Sharq and Mahboula, providing customers with a memorable and unique experience every time.

The promotion menu features Hot & Cold Appetizers, Salads and Main Courses; including dishes that are the creation of Mais Alghanim chefs, and that have been meticulously selected to satisfy every palate. The new flavorful offerings include Grilled Vegetable Salad containing Mix Lollo Rosso Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes Lettuce and Herbs Sauce topped with Yogurt; Lentil Salad made with Radish, Tomato and Olive Oil & Lemon Dressing; Dolma with Dill infused Koussa & Warak Inab topped with Yogurt and Hummus Halaby prepared with Hummus, Tomato, Chopped Mint, Cucumber, Pickles and Pistachio Flakes.

Appetizers

The hot Appetizers selections include Hummus Meat Shawarma containing Meat Shawarma, Bewaz, Grilled Tomato & Sumac; Skillet Lamb Liver with Green Bell Pepper, Onion, Turmeric, Coriander and Roasted Sesame and Kibbeh Samak with Tajin Sauce.

The scrumptious selection of main dishes featured on the New Selection menu includes Taouk Za’atar prepared with Za’atar infused Taouk with Green Rice and Milanese Sauce; Lamb Black Pepper prepared with Baby corn, Capsicum, Mushroom, Sour Sauce served with White Rice; Kabbab Italiano made with Lamb Kabbab, Tomato, Green Capsicum, Onion, Sliced Black Olive, Dry Oregano, Mozzarella Cheese served with French Fries and Milanese Sauce; and for the seafood lovers there is Sea Bass Biryani with Rice and Biryani Sauce garnished with Fried Onion.

All this comes with an assortment of delicious desserts including Lukoum Crème Brûlée and Lotus Fondant with Chocolate and Vanilla Ice-Cream.
