NBK offers special ‘ASK ME’ pop-up service
Service now available at malls around Kuwait
KUWAIT CITY, Nov 7: National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) aims its business toward a customer-centric approach as part of its long term strategy. In the latest initiative aimed at reaching out to and developing lasting and loyal relationships with NBK customers, NBK will now offer a special ‘ASK ME’ pop-up service at local malls and bank branches throughout Kuwait.
Customers can save time and enjoy greater convenience by availing of the ASK ME pop-up service at local malls to answer all their questions and queries. NBK customers are invited to submit questions to ASK ME NBK representatives about the different types of credit cards, accounts and saving accounts available. Customers can use the ASK Me pop-up at local malls rather than calling the NBK hotline or visiting a branch.
