In an unprecedented move, AlJazeera Airways has announced that starting from Nov 10 until further notice, Kuwaitis in Lebanon will be exempted from paying change of booking fee in case they have to return home from Beirut ahead of the dates scheduled on their tickets, reports Al-Rai daily.
